Only one week of using our gastro robot in two Czech restaurants was enough for it to became a media star. The robot could be seen not only in newspapers but also in primetime of TV NOVA news and on social media.
We delivered a cat robot called BellaBot to two restaurants - Silvia restaurant in Orlová and Maso a Kouř in Prague. From the very beginning, the robots attracted all the guests not only by their appearance and functionality, but also because of its helpfulness. The robot could say thank you, ask you how was your meal and possibly play you some music.
“Bella is basically becoming a part of our restaurant and it's also a center of attraction. The robot has been here for a week now and we definitely want it here forever ", said Jan Kunc, the owner of the Silvia restaurant.
"Robots are everywhere. If they are at the airports, why could't they be in restaurants as well?”, one of the restaurant's guests commented. "That's right, KVADOS company has big plans of delievering another robots." adds Miroslav Hampel, the company's director. More robots will be delievered to restaurants and cafes, however we are also preparing an innovation for hotels - robots that will work as a hotel service.
